0.5 oz Strega Liqueur
1.5 oz Gin
6 oz Fever Tree light cucumber tonic
Put the spices (dried lavender, dried fennel seed and pepper) in the infuser then place in the glass with ice cubes, add the Fever Tree tonic and stir gently with the infuser for 4 to 6 seconds.
Garnish: 5 Labrador tea leaves and grated nutmeg.
