1.50 Tequila
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz Ginger syrup
0.75 oz Lime juice
3 dashes of celery bitters
Put all the ingredients in a shaker, shake and pour into the Cognac glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish: grated lime and orange peel.
