Ingredients

1 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
0.75 oz Amaro Meletti
0.75 oz Rhubarb Liqueur
3 dashes of Lim’Tonik du Lab bitters

Method

Place all ingredients in a shaker, mix and strain twice before pouring into a sherry glass.
Garnish: carved orange peel.
