0.5 oz Pimm’s Liqueur
1 oz Fever Tree cucumber light tonic
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Honey syrup
Cucumber juice
Fresh plum and cucumber
Mash plum and cucumber pieces with honey syrup, combine remaining ingredients, add ice, then fill with Fever Tree tonic and finish with cucumber and plum juice layered on top. Place garnish on top.
