1.75 oz Martell Blue Swift Cognac
0.25 oz Drambruie Liqueur
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.25 oz Simple syrup
0.25 Red Vermouth
1 Egg white
0.25 oz Angostura bitters
Put all the ingredients in a shaker with the egg white, shake without ice and then with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
Decoration: bunch of mint and grated nutmeg.
