1 oz Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum
0.5 oz Rhubarb Liqueur
0.5 oz Maple syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
Place all ingredients in a shaker, mix, then pour into an Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
Place the grated fresh ginger on top of the large ice cube and grind 3 times on top.
