0.5 oz Gentian Aperitif
0.5 oz Maple syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
Put all ingredients in a shaker, mix and pour into the glass filled with crushed ice.
Highball glass.
Decoration: half dehydrated orange, 3 dried rosebuds.
