0.75 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Cocoa cream
1 oz Evaporated milk
Thai chilli bitters

Method

Make the spiced chocolate rim, stir all the ingredients in a shaker over ice then pour into the glass and garnish.
Coupe glass.
Decoration: melted spiced chocolate rim.
