Fever Tree Light Cucumber tonic
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Cardamom syrup
1 oz Celery juice
Place all ingredients except Fever Tree tonic in a gin and tonic glass, add ice and stir.
Gin and tonic glass.
Garnish: Zest and dried orange.
