1.5 oz Limoncino Bottega
0.75 oz Pisco
1 oz Orange juice
0.5 oz Lemon juice
1 dash of Lim’Tonik Lab bitters
Place all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice, stir, pour into the glass over a large cube of ice, add foam and blood orange.
Old fashioned glass.
Decoration: coriander foam and blood orange.
