A bit of freshness today with this homemade syrup that can pimp up a Mint Julep as much as treat a little sore throat ✨
– 2 cups of water
– ½ cup of sugar
– 1 whole bunch of mint
– 1 handful of peppercorns
– 2 tablespoons of green tea
In a pot, add all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the intensity of flavors desired. Strain into a Mason jar and let cool. This syrup will keep in the fridge for about two weeks.
