0.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino
0.5 oz Rose Liqueur
0.75 oz Hibiscus syrup
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Egg white
4 Crushed blackberries
1 dash of Lim’Tonik Lab bitters
Shake all ingredients in skaker without ice for 10 seconds, then with ice for 10 seconds, serve in chilled cup.
Decoration: 3 dashes of bitter chocolate infusions, candied hibiscus flower.
