Ingredients

1.5 oz Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva Rum
0.25 oz Orgeat syrup
3 dashes homemade bitters tonka/orange
2 dashes of homemade coffee bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into glass over a large ice cube.
Old fashioned glass.
Decoration: orange peel flambéed with cocoa dye and cinnamon.
