0.25 oz Over Proof Rum
1 oz Fresh orange juice
1 oz Homemade pineapple cordial
0.5 oz Homemade orgeat syrup
3 dashes of classic bitters
Stir with a shaker.
Highball glass.
Decoration: parasol, dehydrated banana and cinnamon.
