Ingredients

1.5 oz Stoli Vodka
1 oz Strawberry consommé
0.5 oz Mint syrup
0.25 Lemon juice
1.5 oz Prosecco

Method

Shake without prosecco, strain into glass and top up with prosecco.
Glass coupe.
Garnish: strawberry whip & lemon zest and strawberry powder.
