2 oz Amaro Meletti
0.5 oz Pear brandy
10 drops of Lim’Tonik Lab bitters
0.75 oz Lime and pepper syrup
0.75 oz Egg white
Shake ingredients for 10 seconds over ice, then pour into glass. Place decoration on the glass.
Marie-Antoinette glass.
Decoration: caramel filaments.
