Ingredients
1.5 oz Amaro Meletti
0.25 oz Gin
0.75 oz Lemon flavored alcohol-free distillate
1 gentian aperitif spoon
Method
In the mixing glass, fill with ice and pour in the ingredients.
Stir gently to achieve proper dilution and cool the cocktail.
Pour into a Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with a squeezed lemon zest.
