Sour Smash Bourbon

Ingredients

1.25 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
0.75 oz Blackcurrant Liqueur
0.25 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Egg white
0.75 oz Sugar Cane Syrup
Gentian Bitters

Method

Stir the ingredients in a shaker for 5 seconds without ice, then 10 seconds with ice, then strain into the glass. After pouring the 3 drops of Angostura bitters on the foam, make little hearts with a stick or a straw, then put the mint leaf.

Decoration: 3 drops of gentian bitters in the shape of a heart and a mint leaf.
