1 oz Sake Gekkeikan – Sake Haiku Premium Select
0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
Raw Rosé Sparkling Wine
Pour in all ingredients except sparkling wine and shake vigorously with ice. Strain the mixture into a flute and add the raw rosé sparkling wine.
Garnish with dehydrated citrus and powdered sugar.
