1 oz Martell Blue Swift Cognac
0.5 oz White Wine Aperitif
0.5 oz Pineapple syrup
5 dashes of rhubarb bitters
1 spoon Lime juice

Method

Pour directly in the glass.
Whiskey glass.
Decoration : Triangle of caramelized pineapple.
