Pause Biscuit À Pisticci

Ingredients

1.5 oz Amaro Lucano
1 oz Red wine
1 oz Homemade syrup (cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, ginger and cloves)
1 oz Orange juice
0.5 oz Noroi vegan emulsifier

Method

In a shaker, pour and shake the mixture and pour through a fine sieve into a small Marie-Antoinette cup.
Decoration: Orange zest.
