0.75 oz Quebec Aperitif
0.5 oz Quebec red apple vermouth
0.25 oz Falernum
In a mixing glass, place all ingredients, stir with a spoon for 10 seconds, strain into an old fashioned glass and add an ice cube.
Decoration: dehydrated orange.
