Ingredients

2 oz Trois Rivières Ocean Rum
0.75 oz Quebec Raspberry Liqueur
0.25 oz Rose Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Egg white

Method

Shake with ice, strain, then shake again without ice, double strain and pour into glass.
Highball glass.
Garnish: dehydrated lemon, dried roses.
