Ingredients

2.5 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
1 oz Ginger Honey Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon juice
4 dashes of Lab Smoked BBQ Bitters

Method

In a mixing glass, place all ingredients, stir with a spoon for 10 seconds and strain into an old fashioned glass then add a cube of ice.
Garnish: lemon zest and ginger candy on a cocktail pick.
