0.5 oz Quebec coffee liqueur
1 spoon Pistachio orgeat syrup
1 oz Oat milk
0.25 oz Lemon
1 oz Egg white
Shake with ice, strain, then shake again without ice, double strain and pour into glass.
Highball glass.
Decoration: pistachio and coffee powder.
