1 oz de Shōchū à la citronnelle
1 oz de sirop de miel et yuzu
4 oz de pétillant au jasmin
Infusion refroidie de thé pois papillon et citronnelle
Dans un shaker rempli de glace, verser les ingrédients et agiter. Double filtrer dans une coupe refroidie. Verser l’infusion de thé pois papillon sur le dessus du cocktail.
