1 oz Amaro Lucano
0.5 oz Golden St. Raphael
0.75 oz Tonic syrup
0.75 oz Orange juice
0.75 oz Egg white
0.25 oz Grapefruit juice
1 dash of nut bitters
In a glass, mix the Lucano amaro, the golden St-Raphael, the walnut bitter and the grapefruit juice and strain into the glass. In a shaker put the tonic syrup, orange juice and egg white. Shake to obtain a foam and spoon over the cocktail.
Marie-Antoinette glass.
Decoration: foam with grated orange.
