This cocktail is crafted with Buffalo Trace bourbon, Amaretto almond liquor, a shot of espresso, house-made Root Beer syrup and a smoked walnut milk foam.

Ingredients

1.25 oz Buffalo Trace bourbon
1 oz Espresso
0.25 oz Amaretto
1 oz Homemade spruce beer syrup

Method

Method of preparation: combine ingredients, shake and double strain into glass then add foam.
Martini glass
Decoration: smoked walnut milk foam
