1 oz Charlevoyou
0.5oz Fresh lemon juice
0.5oz Honey syrup Top
Blanquette de Limoux

Method

Pour all ingredients except bubbles into a shaker. Shake vigorously with fresh ice. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe and add the Blanquette de Limoux.
Decoration : Lemon zest.
