This delicate, festive and sparkling cocktail is made with Belle de Brillet pear brandy and will be perfect for the holidays!

Ingredients

1.5 oz Belle de Brillet
1 oz Grapefruit juice
0.5 oz Lemon juice
Grapefruit Bitters
Soda

Method

Shake with ice cubes and strain into a rocks glass, top up with soda.
Garnish: Dried orange slices.
