1.5 oz Amaro Meletti
0.5 oz Homemade simple syrup
0.25 oz Lemon juice
Soda

Method

Mash the mint, add the rest and stir in a shaker with ice. Strain and pour into a highball glass with crushed ice. Fill with soda.
Decoration: homemade peach candy.
