Ingredients

1.5 oz Amaro Meletti
0.5 oz Vermouth Cocchi Americano Bianco
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Black tea infusion

Method

Stir liquids with ice, pour into glass, add crushed ice, add sorbet and oregano.
Long daiquiri glass.
Decoration: 1 scoop of pear and oregano sorbet.

Apéritif à base de vin blanc.
