0.75 oz Gin
0.5 oz Oleo saccharum
0.5 oz Lemon sherbet
Combine ingredients, stir with shaker over ice. Double strain into a martini glass.
Garnish: ice cube with lemon zest in a spiral, oleo saccharum.
