1 oz Martell Blue Swift Cognac
0.75 oz Mandarin Liqueur
0.125 oz Green Chartreuse
0.125 oz Simple syrup
1 dash Angostura orange bitters
Wash the inside of the glass with the Green Chartreuse. Mix remaining ingredients in a mixing glass and add remaining Green Chartreuse. Pour into glass.
Old fashioned glass.
Garnish: lemon peel.
