0.5 oz Clarified banana syrup
1 dash Cocoa and macadamia bitters
1 dash Walnut Bitter
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, stir and strain over ice.
Old fashioned glass.
Decoration: a ”zest” of cocoa flower chocolate 70%.
