1 oz. Wine-based aperitif
0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
0.5 oz Elderberry cordial
1 dash Lim’Tonik Lab bitters
Fever Tree light cucumber tonic
Stir with a shaker, pour into glass and fill with Fever Tree Light Cucumber tonic.
Glass jar Masson.
Garnish: cucumber slice and grapefruit.
