2 oz Martell Blue Swift Cognac
0.25 oz Lavender syrup
1 dash orange bitters
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
5 Mint leaves
1 Zest of lemon
Absinthe spray
Combine mint and lemon zest in a mixing glass. Add all other ingredients with ice. Stir to dilute and strain into a whiskey glass sprayed with absinthe.
Garnish: Mint candied in Martell cognac.
