1 oz Trois Rivières Ocean Rum
0.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino
0.75 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Grapefruit Cordial
Prosecco
Place all ingredients except prosecco in a shaker, mix well, pour into a wine glass and top up with prosecco.
Garnish: grapefruit zest, fresh grapefruit, salt.
