Ingredients

2 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
3 oz Fever Tree Light Cucumber tonic water
2 dashes of blueberry bitters

Method

Prepare directly in the glass over fresh ice by placing the cucumber ribbon and thyme in the glass beforehand.
Glass snifter.
Decoration: 1 long ribbon of cucumber, 3 sprigs of thyme, 2 sprigs of lavender.

Apéritif à base de vin blanc.
