2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
1 oz Simple Syrup
10 leaves Mint
5 slices Fresh Peach
3 dash Angostura bitters

Method

Mash ingredients in glass and add crushed ice.
Glass to julep.
Decoration: peach and mint heads.
