0.5 oz White Wine Aperitif
0.25 oz Limoncello
0.5 oz Simple syrup
0.5 oz Passion fruit puree
0.5 oz Lemon juice
Egg white
2 slices Cucumber
Stir in shaker without ice then with ice, strain into glass.

Decoration: cucumber zest on a pick, lemon zest, Angostura.
