2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
10 leaves Mint
1 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Half a Kiwi

Method

Directly into the glass then add crushed ice.
Julep glass.
Garnish: celery and pickled beans.
