0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
4 lime wedges
0.25 oz Honey syrup Thyme
Soda
Crush the lime in the bottom of the glass. Pour all ingredients into glass, add thyme and strain cocktail over fresh ice.
Highball glass.
Garnish: Fresh thyme.
