Une variante du classique Bellini mettant en vedette le Prosecco italien Brilla! Parfait pour accompagner son plat réconfortant de risotto aux champignons.

Ingredients

4 oz de Prosecco Extra Dry Brilla!
2 traits d’amers aux champignons
3 oz de nectar de pêche
½ oz de miel
¼ oz de jus de citron

Method

Dans un shaker rempli de glace, verser les ingrédients sauf le Prosecco Extra Dry Brilla! et bien agiter.
Double filtrer dans une coupe à martini et terminer en douceur avec le Prosecco Brilla! Garnir d’un morceau de pêche fraîche.
