Ingredients

1 oz Cocchi vermouth di Torino
1 oz Brown rum
1 oz Gooseberry puree
0.75 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Egg white

Method

Stir with shaker and double strain into single malt whiskey rinse glass.
Old fashioned glass.
Decoration: gooseberries.

Apéritif à base de vin rouge.
