2 oz Luxardo Sour Cherry gin
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Cherry Schrub
1 oz Egg white
1 oz Simple syrup

Method

Shake with ice then double strain and shake again without ice.
Glass coupe.
Decoration: cherries.
