Ingredients

1.5 oz St. Lawrence Citrus Gin
0.75 oz Belle de brillet
0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz Honey syrup
Egg white

Method

Shake without ice and then with ice, strain and serve in a coupe glass.
Decoration: Chocolate bitters on the mousse.
