0.5 oz de liqueur de Violette
0.75 oz de Jus de concombre
0.5 oz de jus de lime
4 feuilles de sauge
3 gouttes de solution saline
Eau pétillante
Piler les feuilles de sauge dans un verre de type boston, ajouter la glace et les ingrédients sauf l’eau pétillante. Remuer à l’aide d’une cuillère de bar. Double filtrer à l’aide d’un tamis fin.
