Ingredients

2 oz Tresor N13
0.75 oz Fresh orange juice
0.5 oz Fresh Meyer lemon juice
0.75 oz Chamomile syrup
Egg white
3-4 rosemary leaves

Method

Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Shake without ice. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into a chilled cup.
Decoration: Rosemary head
