Gimlet Royal

Ingredients

2 oz Royal Mount
1 oz Pink & Lime Cordial
0.75 oz Clementine juice
A few dashes of orange bitters

Method

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously with fresh ice. Strain the mixture into a chilled cup.
Garnish: Dehydrated citrus fruit
